Specializing in Traditional Client Representation

Profile Introduction & Practice Philosophy

Before specializing in family law, Jimmy enjoyed a diverse experience as an attorney. He bring this diverse experience as well as his experience as a parent and husband to assist his clients and their families. As a parent and husband, he can understand and relate to what divorcing parents are facing. Jimmy is also mediator and is trained in collaborative family law. He works hard to settle and resolve disputes and takes a balanced and creative approach to all of his cases whether in collaborative law, traditional divorce case, appeals or when he is a mediator for other attorneys. However, when it is not possible to settle and resolve a dispute, he has the skills to zealously represent his clients and their families in court.

In addition, for more than 25 years, Jimmy has represented individuals and companies in civil appeals before the Courts of Appeal and the Texas Supreme Court involving diverse issues including family law matters.
